This refund & cancellation notice discloses the privacy practices for Book
As a general rule buyer shall not be entitled to cancel Booking once placed. Buyer may choose to cancel Booking only within two-minute of the Booking being placed All refund amounts shall be credited to Buyer's account as per the payment mechanism of Buyer's choice.
Booktara reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any transaction/booking for restaurants and services that are listed at an incorrect price or are not available. This is enforceable irrespective of booking confirmation or payment confirmation. In such events if the payment has been processed by Booktara the amount will be refunded via the same mode of original payment and user will be notified of the same with a reasonable mode of communication.
After placing an booking Booktara will not entertain any user request for booking cancellations.
The title and the risk of the bookings shall pass onto you upon Our Vendor (via vendor service personal) delivering the bookings to you and you accepting the bookings. Every care shall be taken to deliver the bookings to the intended recipient. But Booktara shall not be held responsible for any wrong service of the booking based on the address or seat given by the User or if any person imposes to be the actual recipient and takes service of bookings.
Booktara will only process the booking after the payment has been processed in case of 'Online Payment'. Our Vendor will try to deliver the booking (via vendor service personal) as per the booking submitted by the user, but it fully reserves a right to deliver a similar or alternate booking for reasons beyond its control and any such action shall not be deemed as bad-service. The user does not have the right to refuse the booking at the time of receipt of the ordered items and shall duly make the payment in case of 'Cash Payment' or 'Card Payment' payments options.
SORRY… We generally DO NOT entertain any Booking Cancellations, because once the booking is placed on the Vendor Shopping Site - They generally DO NOT entertain cancellation of bookings.
However, in case you request us for an Booking Cancellation prior to the booking being placed on the Our Vendor Shopping Site then the cancellation of the booking is up to the discretion of Our Vendor
In case of Service of Booking being LATE or BAD or INCORRECT… Booktara adheres to a very high standard of Quality of Services and is very STRICT in terms of achieving a very high level of Customer Satisfaction. Hence, in case of an Booking being LATE or BAD or INCORRECT wing to a process related issue of Our Vendor we generally DO NOT charge the customer for the booking… but, this is totally up to the discretion of Our Vendor
